Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Grace UnHae Kwon, Grace The Violinista, and Grace Music Events LLC (collectively referred to as “we,” “our,” or “the Company”). By booking coaching, lessons, services, consultations, purchasing digital products, physical products, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all brands owned by Grace UnHae Kwon, including Grace The Violinista and Grace Music Events LLC.
Please read them carefully before completing a purchase or booking a session.
Payments & Refunds
All payments must be completed at the time of purchase or booking.
All sales are final.
Because coaching time, scheduling, digital files, and intellectual property cannot be returned, there are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for any reason.
Scheduling & Rescheduling
Coaching and lesson sessions must be scheduled in advance.
Sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Missed sessions or late cancellations (under 48 hours) are forfeited with no refund.
Time lost due to late arrival cannot be extended.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for checking all official audition, prescreen, portfolio, program, festival, and school requirements.
You are responsible for your own deadlines, materials, uploading, and preparation.
Coaching provides guidance but does not guarantee acceptance into any school, conservatory, orchestra, festival, fellowship, ensemble, competition, or paid professional opportunity.
Digital Products (PDFs, MP3s, Sheet Music, Binders, Practice Resources)
All digital products are non-refundable.
Purchases grant a single-user, personal-use license only.
You may not share, repost, resell, distribute, upload, screenshot, or give files to others.
All digital files remain the full intellectual property of Grace UnHae Kwon / Grace Music Events LLC.
Physical Products (Merch, Store Items, Goods)
Physical items may be returned only if defective, within 7 days of delivery.
Incorrect addresses or customer errors are not the responsibility of the Company.
Limited stock may apply; orders may be refunded if unavailable.
Intellectual Property
All coaching methods, written materials, PDFs, MP3s, sheet music, videos, website content, branding, and digital products are copyrighted.
Content may not be recorded, duplicated, shared, published, taught, or distributed without written permission.
Coaching & Educational Disclaimer
Coaching, lessons, and consultations are educational in nature.
Results depend on the client’s practice, preparation, consistency, and individual effort.
No guarantees are made regarding audition outcomes, career results, placements, or acceptances.
Liability
We are not responsible for:
• Missed deadlines
• Technical issues (internet, recordings, uploads)
• School or program decisions
• Injuries or physical strain during practice or performance
• Lost data, files, or devices
• Any outcomes related to auditions or applications
Clients assume full responsibility for their physical health, preparation, and audition process.
Privacy
Client information is kept confidential and used only for scheduling, communication, and order fulfillment.
We do not sell personal information.

Continued use of the website or services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
